We hope you are pleased with your purchase, however, should there be a problem (wrong size, colour variation etc.) then complete the following:-
Please click here to contact us stating your order number and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. Then return your item by Royal Mail, second class signed for, unworn and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Earrings for hygiene reasons cannot be returned, unless faulty. We pack all our items carefully, but in the unlikely event that they arrive damaged or faulty, we will replace or refund the item.
Any returned jewellery is only insured in transit when posted using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. Any other delivery method is at your own risk and we will be unable to refund items lost in transit, where they are not insured for the value of the items.
Once we have received the goods back in a re saleable condition, we will refund any sum debited by us to the same card that was used for the purchase originally, within 14 calendar days.
